(Finding Love)
Existent spirit
Two lives it needs
It seeks me
It seeks you
Let it live
Where are we
(Gift of Money)
A gift by any other name
Is never as good as the money
So at this special time of year
Spend it just on you my honey
(A special day)
Happy Birthday seems so lame
So many know they’re all the same
The only truly happy thing
Is how you make the whole world sing
I guess man kind should cheer
On your birthday every year
(Sex or Friendship)
If I ever had to choose
Without the caution of too loose
Between your heart or your smile
Your heart wins by lengthy mile
That orb pulsating I swear
Creates the smile you wear
So I would win both desires
Your smiling face and your love
(Love Found)
Though they live in worlds apart
Their worlds have touched, through Gods Art
Never doubt the power on high
He put us together, we know not why
Strange the path, life leads each day
Perhaps, after all, he heard us pray
Please Lord, I ask not much
A friend to reach out, and touch
A friend to help me smile each day
A friend to help me find my way
Alone on earth though many I see
I want a friend for only me
(Alone to a married woman)
A philosopher keeps telling all “it is not the price of the gift, but the value of thought” when you recognize another human being during memorable moments in life. Christmas absolutely qualifies as one of those moments on Earth. You are absolutely the human that I am thinking about this Christmas, and as a gift is the knowledge, for your heart and mind, that you are not alone in spirit this Christmas. So gather with your friends and be merry, knowing that another soul is touching your heart and mind while you sing. For this gift, though small monetarily, passes an emotional piece of me to you to keep forever. That emotion is forever locked in time and can not be broken.
(Words within)
To You,
A birthday gift of pose
Generating a sense beyond the words
Love is life
(The Kiss)
I need to know, about love on earth
What it is, and what is it worth
Is it, the selfless gift passed by Christ
Ensuring all, an after life
Or is it another, of my kind
Sharing, with me, soul and mind
Please show to me, no practiced pose
For worldly words, are only those
Yes, a part of you, for only me
A part no one else, can ever see
Then I will know, that feeling love
Is something passed, from high above
A gift, from your soul, with selfless bliss
Your gift to me, within a kiss
(Wild Thing)
Sunday Sunday, Devils Child
Twisting Jerking, Evil and Wild
Sell Your Soul, you pretty thing
Grasp the horn, dance and sing
Today’s Today, Tomorrow you’ll sell
One brief high, now go to hell
(Death for Hire)
What did I do while on this rock
To bring about these words that mock
Cognizant mind I travel through
Lives past and present the many who
Felt steely pain and through life’s last gasp
Brought hell on earth into my past
Now present future and the rest
Is like this life I live in jest
To walk alone the path at best
For those who care only feel the hurt
Where lives were lost among the dirt
No one can cure the vacant heart
Hello I’ll walk between the fields
Alone Unwanted by heaven or hell
(Lost Spirit)
I danced
I loved
I tried to live
Dithering
Laughter
Giddy
Stop
Happenstance happenstance
Seek the fire soul
(Greed)
I took the path of glory
To see my way to heaven
Now I’m lost in hell
Only to see nothing
Could I change time eternal
I would move it to the end
Just to see finally
How life works out

Lord, Thou knowest better than I know myself that I am growing older, and will some day be old.
Keep me from getting talkative, and particularly from the fatal habit of thinking I must say something on every subject and on every occasion.
Release me from craving to try to straighten out everybody’s affairs.
Keep my mind free from the recital of endless details – give me wings to get to the point.
I ask for grace enough to listen to the tales of others’ pains. Help me to endure them with patience.
But seal my lips on my own aches and pains – they are increasing and my love of rehearsing them is becoming sweeter as the years go by.
Teach me the glorious lesson that occasionally it is possible that I may be mistaken.
Keep me reasonably sweet; I do not want to be a saint – some of them are so hard to live with – but a sour old woman is one of the crowning works of the devil.
Make me thoughtful, but not moody; helpful, but not bossy. With my vast store of wisdom, it seems a pity not to use it all – but Thou knowest, Lord, that I want a few friends at the end.
(You didn’t die Young)
The Day it makes me happy
The Night I want to cry
Everywhere is misery
In everything I try
I thought I’d be forgiven
I thought I’d go to heaven
Why am I here on earth
Trapped in this hell I’m liven
Since you let her leave me
All I do is sit and cry
I’ve never seen the ending
Happy as you promised
Please let me leave here
All I want to do is die
No one cares if I’m here
And now I don’t care anymore
(To Die For)
A clever young man once found a bottle and discovered a genie inside.
The genie told the young man that for freeing him from the bottle the genie would grant him one wish.
The clever young man quickly freed the genie and said his wish was to have all the wishes he ever wanted.
The genie smiled at the young man and in a puff of smoke disappeared.
Distraught at being left with nothing the young man wished he had never made such a stupid wish – he heard a voice say “Granted”.

We are the very best of friends
We laugh, we talk, we tease
To become a pair until the end
Would seem a task of ease
But that intent is not the goal
A ray of mirth to bright the soul
Life, so rigorous, so bold
A midnight light we seek to hold
In a way it’s fun to play
Do the work another day
Work not done is not fun
It brings no joy to anyone
Learn to work – Learn to play
For both are good – So they say

(Seasons)
Of all the Seasons in the Year
This one is most full of cheer
It seems one can never give enough
Of love, emotion, smiles, and stuff
If a smile to your life I could add
Then even god would not be sad
For all of Earth seen in his eye
Is good when smiles light up the sky
(valentines)
How here is a little pose
To make you smile beneath the nose
*****************************
Eyes so wide and bright
Mouth a gasp
And thought stilled
Who on earth into this day
Would dare to pout on lips to stay
You think you are alone and gloom
When another dares to bright the doom
You after all do have the right
To be the one to hold so tight
Let Cupids arrow brush so light
Just to cradle warm this night
(Heros)
I took the path of glory
To see my way to heaven
Now I’m lost in hell
Only to see nothing
Could I change time eternal
I would move it to the end
Just to see finally

Shall I compare thee to a summers day
By William Shakespeare
Shall I compare thee to a summer's day?
Thou art more lovely and more temperate.
Rough winds do shake the darling buds of May,
And summer's lease hath all too short a date.
Sometime too hot the eye of heaven shines,
And often is his gold complexion dimmed;
And every fair from fair sometime declines,
By chance, or nature's changing course untrimmed.
But thy eternal summer shall not fade
Nor lose possession of that fair thou ow'st;
Nor shall death brag thou wand'rest in his shade,
When in eternal lines to time thou grow'st,
So long as men can breathe or eyes can see,
So long lives this, and this gives life to thee.
Apropos
Remember Me
From the very first strains of life’s struggle begins a journey through each breath.
To lean in final truth, that the only end to life is death.
No matter how much wealth, no matter how many friends.
No matter how many love you, no matter how many you love.
No matter what religious or non-religious path you follow.
Every tick of time goes to the point, the end of life, as known.
Conscious mind seeded from male and female upon the earth, to mature so very slow.
Bob and weave while guided through the elder ways and driven upon the path to grow.
All life’s pieces gathered building the design that would enlighten all to one’s dreams.
Thus designed is the view that can be used to know any life by others.
Understand what meaning to life and use it how?
Intended to what extent and used enough?
Destination reached and if so who recognized the arrival?
So cast the mind so full of hope and despair upon life’s sea, and ask, “who will remember me?”
(What)
Has not each one upon this earth
Reached into mind for worldly worth
Why am I here, Why was my birth
Perhaps unintended, and slightly gnomic
I am but a little poem-ic
(Dear Wife)
You are always on my mind
A part of me not left behind
I will never know if all we’ve had
Was meant to be, or lusty bad
There are so many who believe
A Savior born on Christmas Eve
Grants each and every one of us
Heavenly life, eternal glory
I would you, be in my story
So at any time of year
I shed for you a lonely tear
Not as a sign of saddened life
But happy dreams, of you, my wife
So as a gift received
From one who really did believe
You have that piece of my soul
My love, forever
(A Christmas Gift)
It is a very trying time
To search the shops for gifts divine
Only after careful thought
Have I discovered it is not what I bought
But, how I feel within my soul
My thoughts, my wishes, you shared my goal
Encouragement you gave my heart
To succeed life, each and every part
What do I give, that you can hold
Within your heart, will not grow old
Pose; mind felt, written, nested
Upon this page, emotions true and tested
My Christmas gift, a heart so glad
Eternal love forever
